The AI-First Year-End Intensive

Three days inside an AI-powered year-end campaign. Watch a complete, multi-channel campaign get built, then build yours with your first AI Teammate doing the planning. No marketing team, content team, or agency required.

Kickoff Party Monday, October 12 at 3:30 PM ET. Sessions Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, October 13 to October 15, 1:00 to 3:00 PM ET. Recordings included.

Imagine:

  • Your whole year-end campaign, mapped from strategy to send date.
  • The appeal, emails, social posts, and videos, drafted in your voice.
  • The giving page and your Giving Tuesday moment, ready before December.
  • The board report, building itself while the campaign runs.

That is not three years away. We built a complete year-end campaign for a real nonprofit with one person in eight hours. In three days, we will show you exactly how, and you will start building yours.

We are nonprofit fundraisers who cracked AI, after a decade of doing this work the hard way.

Colleen Cook and Scott Williams are the Co-Founders of If Possible. For more than 11 years they have lived at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and technology to run campaigns alongside 100+ nonprofits, helping them raise over $200 million.

When AI arrived they figured out how to put it to work inside real nonprofit operations, and built the playbook they now teach.

Sound familiar

You already know something has to change

6:14 PM and you're still at your desk

You are still answering grant compliance questions for tomorrow. You know you should be reaching out to more donors, starting more conversations, growing the relationships that fund the mission, but you do not have the bandwidth to do it right now.

You take one day off and come back to a pile of things that just sat there, because nobody could move them without you.

AI was supposed to fix this. So you have ChatGPT open in a tab, you use it when you remember it exists.

And the appeal letter is still yours.

Scott and Colleen helped us figure out not only our AI systems but also how our organization should work. When you pair a well-functioning org and the power of AI, some pretty incredible things happen.

Why this lands differently here

When a for-profit installs AI, it cuts staff. When a nonprofit installs AI, it gets capacity.

Every for-profit racing toward AI is doing it to need fewer people. You will never hear that in our world. No nonprofit has ever said it has too many people. The mission is infinite and the workers are few. That is exactly why AI lands differently here. It is not about replacing the few people you have. It is the biggest new resource the sector has ever had, capacity pointed straight at a mission that is never finished. Other AI programs decenter your work and sell you the tool. We center your work and use the tool to do it.

The short version

Three pieces, working together

You will see all three in action across the three days.

Piece 01

The Mission Brain

The foundation that holds everything your org knows, so the AI sounds like you instead of like everyone else.

Piece 02

AI Teammates

One per critical role. Each one draws from the Mission Brain to do the work that role is responsible for.

Piece 03

AI Systems

The recurring work the Teammates run on schedule, so the things that used to pile up just keep moving.

Here's what we'll do together

Three days, a front-row seat to what's possible

1 Tuesday
Oct 13

Make the most of your year-end

We start with who we are and why AI lands differently for nonprofits. Then we walk through how a year-end campaign really works in 2026: multi-channel, story-driven, and simple to give to, with Giving Tuesday as one moment inside it. You leave seeing your whole year-end differently.

2 Wednesday
Oct 14

Watch a campaign get built

We walk you through a complete year-end campaign built with AI for a real nonprofit, Healing Care Ministries: the strategy, the messaging, the appeal, emails, social posts, videos, the giving page, and the send calendar, all in their voice. This is the day it gets real.

3 Thursday
Oct 15

Build it yourself

You install your first AI Teammate, the AI Campaign Strategist, then build your content calendar and your year-end appeal plan together, live. You leave with your Strategist working in your org and your plan on the page. You also get a clear picture of what a full build looks like and how to get there before the year ends.

I started working with Colleen and Scott thinking AI could help with some operations, but it has truly revolutionized how our whole entire organization works.

The foundation

Everything you see runs on one thing

Behind every demo is a Mission Brain, the foundation that makes AI sound like your org instead of like everyone else. We will pull back the curtain and show you exactly what a Mission Brain looks like: what is in it, and why the structure matters.

A well-built brain is the difference between something magical and a lot of wasted tokens your budget cannot afford. It took years of trial and error to land on the structure that actually works. This is the thing that supercharges everything else.

What you walk away with

Your first AI Teammate, working before we finish

On Day 3 you install your first AI Teammate, the AI Campaign Strategist, ready to run in Claude or ChatGPT. Give it your goal and your dates, and it helps you build your year-end strategy, your messaging, and your send calendar, drawing on everything your organization knows.

Your year-end plan stops living in your head and starts living on a calendar, and you get hours of your week back. It is yours to keep and use the day the Intensive ends.

Everything you get

Five things you carry out of these three days

01

Three live sessions plus the Kickoff Party. And as a bonus, every session recording, yours to rewatch.

02

A deeper understanding of how a nonprofit can be powered by AI. The intangible you carry into every decision you make after this.

03

Your first AI Teammate, installed and working. The AI Campaign Strategist, ready to help you plan, write, and schedule your year-end campaign.

04

Bonus: the AI-First Year-End Planner. A 39-page guide that helps you set your strategy, see where AI fits, install your first AI teammate, and build your year-end Command Center in Claude or ChatGPT. It works with a pen, too.

05

The extras. The Board Talking-Points one-pager (governance and AI safety, board-ready) and 30 days in the IF community for live questions, replays, and resources.

Who this is for

Built for ambitious nonprofit leaders stepping into a new era

YOU MIGHT BE A

Development Director or a Comms Lead

who sees exactly what AI could do and already uses it every day, but has not figured out how to crack the code and make it work across your whole role. You are ambitious, the mission matters to you, and you have hit the ceiling of what you can figure out on your own.

YOU MIGHT BE AN

Executive Director or an Operations Director

who knows your talented, stretched-thin team could do so much more if you could just find the path. You are not looking for another tool. You are looking for your team's capacity back.

YOU MIGHT BE A

Fundraiser

who wants to be the one who brings this to your organization, and gets ahead of where the whole sector is going.

What you have in common: you are ambitious, you care about the mission, and you can feel that this moment matters.

If you know that AI is important but you haven't seen it work well in a nonprofit yet, these three days are for you.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to be technical?+

No. These sessions are built for nonprofit leaders, not engineers. If you can write an email and follow along, you can do everything we show you.

What do I need to run the tools you'll show us?+

A computer with a web browser. Claude is the center of what we teach, and it runs on the web or in the desktop app. We recommend a paid Claude plan so your AI Teammate has room to work, and nonprofit pricing is available. If your organization already uses ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini, you can still install your AI Campaign Strategist there. Helpful but optional: an AI notetaker like Otter, Fireflies, or Granola, and Notion for your Mission Brain.

When are the sessions?+

The Kickoff Party is Monday, October 12, 3:30 to 4:30 PM ET. The three sessions are Tuesday, October 13 through Thursday, October 15, 1:00 to 3:00 PM ET, live online. Your link comes in your confirmation email.

What is the AI-First Year-End Planner?+

A 39-page guide to building your best year-end campaign. It helps you set your strategy, see where AI fits, install your first AI teammate, and build your year-end Command Center in Claude or ChatGPT. It works with a pen, too. It is yours as a bonus with your ticket, along with every session recording.

What if I can't attend live?+

Every session is recorded. But the live demos are where it becomes real, and your Teammate gets installed live, so come if you can.

I already use AI. Is this still for me?+

Especially. Using ChatGPT for the occasional task is a completely different thing from seeing what an AI-powered nonprofit looks like. This is the jump.

What do I actually walk away with?+

A clear picture of what is possible for your year-end, the first steps to start your Mission Brain, the AI-First Year-End Planner, and your AI Campaign Strategist installed and working.

Will this work for my kind of nonprofit?+

Yes. The work (fundraising, comms, programs, operations) is common across the sector, and we tailor the examples to nonprofits, not to a single cause area.

Is this the same as other AI trainings?+

Most show you tools. We show you a new way to run your organization, taught by nonprofit fundraisers who cracked AI, not AI consultants who discovered nonprofits.

What does it cost, and is there a guarantee?+

$97. And if you come to Session 1 and you are not blown away, email us that day for a full refund.
