Scott and Colleen helped us figure out not only our AI systems but also how our organization should work… When you pair a well-functioning org and the power of AI, some pretty incredible things happen. We couldn’t have done it without them.

We actually built an AI policy as we were walking through this, which I have now shared with OSU, and they're using it.

Now we can focus on 10 properties that we want to flip, not 150.

It's structured and personal.

It's not just adding capacity and taking away work that you don't want to do, although it definitely does that. It allows us to think in ways that we have never been able to.

That is the gold in this: a system that doesn't burn out our people.

I have always worked alone and feel that AI could change everything that I do.

It's probably $75,000 of consulting work that I did on my own, by having the conversations I was having anyway and putting them into a system that can create documentation and keep refining.

I just built my first few skills and projects, and automated something that used to take me 8-9 hours and now takes 1-2.

I normally hate when I see AI design. It's normally really obvious and painful to me. I've never seen it done as beautifully as you presented.

THAT is brilliant. I get SO tired of re-explaining.

This provides so much more capacity! We've already seen it in several areas of our nonprofit. Now I can work on projects and can dream instead of daily tasks! YES, the passion is back!

I can talk to ChatGPT until I'm blue in the face, and it helps me immensely. But it's not enough without the structure.

At least 280 hours. I feel like that's a conservative number: two hours per person per report, times 10 people, 14 cycles a year. That's what we've bought back using AI.

All that branding is our branding.

It feels less pressure.

This took me, I'm kidding you not, five minutes.

This framework and structure is great for someone working independently.

I already downloaded the Planner from the Hub, then had Claude tell me how to maximize it using what it knows about my org.

It's just amazing how it can create something this fast and to this level of detail.

We were able to compile everybody's reports in record time this year.

We can actually put out more than we were, because it's much faster and easier to do.

I keep thinking, how did they do this before AI? And it was literally last week.

AI gave me the ability to take a start at this that no one else has done.

Yes, our creative is already done and scheduled at the printer. But this is so valuable.

When someone asks me to do something big, now with AI, I say, Yeah, let's try.

I can reply to 10 people about their email blasting queries in five minutes, compared to 10 minutes each.
