01Introduction
If Possible ("we," "us," or "our") provides digital products, live events, group programs, and consulting partnerships for nonprofit leaders. This Fulfillment Policy explains how products are delivered, what's covered by our refund policies, and how to request a refund.

02Product Delivery
All products are delivered electronically. After purchase:
- You receive an order confirmation email immediately.
- You receive access instructions (login credentials, event details, member portal access) within 1 business day.
- Live event access (Masterclass, Intensive, Mission Multiplier cohort) is delivered via email confirmation and member portal credentials.
We do not ship physical products.
03Refund Policy by Product
Refund terms vary by product. The terms for each product line are below. All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
Access is non-transferable. Each purchase grants a single, individual license to the named purchaser. Logins, member portal access, cohort seats, and certification credentials may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person or organization without our written consent.
Free Products
No chargeThe If Possible Newsletter and the Nonprofit AI Masterclass are provided at no charge. No refund is needed for free products. You may unsubscribe or stop accessing free products at any time.
The Nonprofit AI Intensive
If you are not satisfied with the Nonprofit AI Intensive for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued.
Mission Multiplier
7-Day Refund Window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Do the Work Guarantee. After the 7-day window, Mission Multiplier is covered by the Do the Work Guarantee. If you complete at least 75% of the cohort program and have not installed your nonprofit's intelligence layer in your organization, you may request a full refund within 14 days of cohort graduation. Completion is measured by attendance at live implementation sessions, completion of weekly assignments, and participation in office hours.
To qualify for the Do the Work Guarantee, you must provide documentation of the work completed and demonstrate that the promised outcomes were not delivered.
Mission Ready
If you are not satisfied with Mission Ready for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued.
Mission Ready is a one-time digital product purchase. Access to the digital content, and to the Nonprofit AI Champion certification when included with the higher tier, is time-bound. Specific access periods are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Mission Command
Mission Command is a custom 1:1 service engagement, governed by the partnership agreement signed at the start of the engagement. Refund terms, cancellation rights, and renewal provisions are set forth in that agreement, not in this public policy. Contact us for engagement-specific questions.
04How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your order number, the product purchased, and the reason for the refund.
- For Mission Multiplier Do the Work Guarantee claims, include documentation of the work completed and the outcomes not delivered.
We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
05Subscriptions
We do not currently offer subscription products. All paid products listed in this policy are one-time purchases or fixed-term engagements.
The If Possible Newsletter is a free email subscription. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
06Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your credit card company, please contact us at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve through us may result in suspension of access to purchased products.
07Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in this Fulfillment Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. State-specific consumer protection rights (including those of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other state residents) are outlined in our Privacy Policy and apply alongside this policy.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this Fulfillment Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
