  • Who it's for: nonprofits with real complexity across multiple departments, locations or teams, whose leadership is ready to invest in real operational change with an outside expert driving the AI strategy.
  • Format: If Possible serves as your nonprofit's fractional Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer. Dream it, design it, build it: we design the AI Teammates, workflows and Mission Brain with your leaders, then implement them department by department, working weekly with your AI Champion and an AI Council of your leaders.
  • How to start: book a session on the AI Implementation page, or send us a note.

If Possible Cohorts

Live, in small groups
  • Who it's for: nonprofit teams who want to learn AI together by building real work. Bring your team: the development director, the comms lead and the ED each build their piece.
  • Format: a small group of nonprofit teams builds one real piece of their work AI-first, live with Colleen and Scott, week by week. In the current cohort that is a 90-minute live session on Tuesdays, office hours on Thursdays, and the work in between. You keep your Mission Brain, your AI Teammates and the finished work. The first cohort, the AI-First Year-End Cohort, runs October 26 to December 8, 2026; enrollment is closed.
  • How to start: join the waitlist to hear first when the next cohort opens. Free to join. No payment, no commitment.

Mission Ready

Self-paced · Coming soon
  • Who it's for: nonprofit leaders who want to install the intelligence layer themselves, at their own pace, even if the team isn't technical.
  • Format: a self-paced vault: the Mission Brain framework with templates, 12 AI Teammates with installation guides, 20+ AI Systems mapped to them, and a Quarterly Drop of new builds every 90 days.
