Mission Multiplier is a 12-week cohort for ambitious nonprofit leaders. Over twelve weeks, we install the operating layer your org runs on, together, live, in a room of leaders doing the same work. By the end, you have built three things:
- Your Mission Brain, the single source of truth that holds your voice, your donors, your programs, and your policies, structured so AI can actually use it.
- Your AI Teammates, a digital workforce across your departments, each one supporting a human you already employ.
- Your AI Systems, the recurring work your Teammates run on schedule, from appeals to acknowledgments to board packets, drafted while you sleep.
Every build runs on the same standard. Humans hold judgment. AI does the lift. Nothing ships without a person signing off.
