The Mission Brain
The foundation that holds everything your org knows, so the AI sounds like you instead of like everyone else.
The Nonprofit AI Intensive begins Tuesday, July 7. Enrollment closes when Session 1 starts.
Three days inside an AI-powered nonprofit. You will see what is possible across your whole org and leave with your first AI Teammate running.
Kickoff Monday, July 6. Sessions Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, July 7 to 9, 12:30 PM ET. Recordings included.
Imagine:
That is not three years away. Nonprofits are running this now. In three days, you will see exactly how, and start doing it yourself.
We are nonprofit fundraisers who cracked AI, after a decade of doing this work the hard way.
Colleen Cook and Scott Williams are the Co-Founders of If Possible. For more than 10 years they have lived at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and technology to run campaigns alongside 100+ nonprofits, helping them raise over $200 million.
When AI arrived they figured out how to put it to work inside real nonprofit operations, and built the playbook they now teach.

6:14 PM and you're still at your desk
You are still answering grant compliance questions for tomorrow. You know you should be reaching out to more donors, starting more conversations, growing the relationships that fund the mission, but you do not have the bandwidth to do it right now.
You take one day off and come back to a pile of things that just sat there, because nobody could move them without you.
AI was supposed to fix this. So you have ChatGPT open in a tab, you use it when you remember it exists.
And the appeal letter is still yours.
Scott and Colleen helped us figure out not only our AI systems but also how our organization should work. When you pair a well-functioning org and the power of AI, some pretty incredible things happen.
Every for-profit racing toward AI is doing it to need fewer people. You will never hear that in our world. No nonprofit has ever said it has too many people. The mission is infinite and the workers are few. That is exactly why AI lands differently here. It is not about replacing the few people you have. It is the biggest new resource the sector has ever had, capacity pointed straight at a mission that is never finished. Other AI programs decenter your work and sell you the tool. We center your work and use the tool to do it.
You will see all three in action across the three days.
The foundation that holds everything your org knows, so the AI sounds like you instead of like everyone else.
One per critical role. Each one draws from the Mission Brain to do the work that role is responsible for.
The recurring work the Teammates run on schedule, so the things that used to pile up just keep moving.
We start with who we are and why this is different for nonprofits, then teach you how to think about an AI-powered nonprofit org, the shift that is happening and what it means for your mission. We close the first day with your first look at the magic. You leave thinking differently about what your org can do.
Deep dives into the real ways nonprofits are using AI to make a serious dent in their work: appeals drafted in your voice, a major-gift visit prepped in minutes, program outcomes turned into donor stories, a whole campaign running across a team of AI Teammates. This is the day it gets real.
Now that you have seen what is possible, we give you the first steps to get started. You install your first AI Teammate so it is working in your org before we close. You also get a clear picture of what a full build is and what it takes to get there.
I started working with Colleen and Scott thinking AI could help with some operations, but it has truly revolutionized how our whole entire organization works.
Behind every demo is a Mission Brain, the foundation that makes AI sound like your org instead of like everyone else. We will pull back the curtain and show you exactly what a Mission Brain looks like: what is in it, and why the structure matters.
A well-built brain is the difference between something magical and a lot of wasted tokens your budget cannot afford. It took years of trial and error to land on the structure that actually works. This is the thing that supercharges everything else.
On Day 3 you install your first AI Teammate, an AI Content Editor, ready to run in the tools you already use. Paste in a rough draft, and it returns clean, on-message copy that sounds like your organization, in seconds.
Every piece of writing leaves your org clear, consistent, and in a voice that sounds like yours, and you get hours of your week back. It is yours to keep and use the day the Intensive ends.
Three live sessions plus the Kickoff Party. All recorded and yours to rewatch.
A deeper understanding of how a nonprofit can be powered by AI. The intangible you carry into every decision you make after this.
Your first AI Teammate, installed and working. A ready-to-run Teammate that polishes your writing into clean, on-message copy in your voice.
The extras. The Board Talking-Points one-pager (governance and AI safety, board-ready) and 30 days in the IF community for live questions, replays, and resources.
Three live sessions, your first AI Teammate, and everything you need to start.
Begins Tuesday, July 7. Enrollment closes when Session 1 starts.
Integrating AI into the way our teams work is an opportunity we believe in, and the approach If Possible takes is exactly what we were looking for!
Join us live for the first session, do the work with us, and if you do not walk away seeing exactly what is possible for your nonprofit, email us by the end of that day and we will refund every dollar. All we ask is that you show up and try.
who sees exactly what AI could do and already uses it every day, but has not figured out how to crack the code and make it work across your whole role. You are ambitious, the mission matters to you, and you have hit the ceiling of what you can figure out on your own.
who knows your talented, stretched-thin team could do so much more if you could just find the path. You are not looking for another tool. You are looking for your team's capacity back.
who wants to be the one who brings this to your organization, and gets ahead of where the whole sector is going.
What you have in common: you are ambitious, you care about the mission, and you can feel that this moment matters.
If you know that AI is important but you haven't seen it work well in a nonprofit yet, these three days are for you.
No. These sessions are built for nonprofit leaders, not engineers. If you can write an email and follow along, you can do everything we show you.
Claude is the center of what we teach, and we want you on the Claude desktop app, not the browser version, because that's where Cowork lives. You'll need a Mac on macOS 11 or newer, or a PC on Windows 10 or newer, at least 8 GB of RAM (16 recommended), and a paid Claude plan. Anthropic keeps current requirements and download links here. The most common issue we see is an operating system that's too old, so it's worth confirming before the session.
Every session is recorded. But the live demos are where it becomes real, and your Teammate gets installed live, so come if you can.
Especially. Using ChatGPT for the occasional task is a completely different thing from seeing what an AI-powered nonprofit looks like. This is the jump.
A clear picture of what is possible, the first steps to start your Mission Brain, and your first AI Teammate installed and working.
Yes. The work (fundraising, comms, programs, operations) is common across the sector, and we tailor the examples to nonprofits, not to a single cause area.
Most show you tools. We show you a new way to run your organization, taught by nonprofit fundraisers who cracked AI, not AI consultants who discovered nonprofits.
$97. And if you come to Session 1 and you are not blown away, email us that day for a full refund.
